About the Opportunity
The APEAR Conference 2026 is seeking thought leaders, practitioners, and innovators to share their insights at this year’s event. If you have ideas, research, or real-world experience that can advance the Employee Assistance field, we invite you to submit a proposal and join the conversation in Seoul.

The APEAR Conference 2026 invites professionals engaged in Employee Assistance (EA) and related fields to submit abstracts for Speaker or Poster Presentations.
Whether you’re a clinician, researcher, policymaker, or industry partner, we welcome contributions that reflect the conference theme:

Proposals are encouraged in areas such as:

Kindly be aware that all presenters are required to register for the conference. APEAR operates as a not-for-profit event, and consequently, presenters are accountable for covering their own expenses, including travel, accommodation, and conference registration fees.
