Request Letter of Invitation to Apply for Visa
To request an invitation letter for visa application, please send an email to apear2010@gmail.com with the following information:
- Full Name as in passport
- Passport Number
- Nationality
- Job Title
- Organization/Company Name
- Address
- City
- Country
- Zip/Postal Code
- Telephone
- Fax
- Email
Additionally, please email / fax a copy of your passport to APEAR2010 Secretariat.

Once received, the Secretariat will process your request.
Travel Insurance
Registration does not include insurance coverage of any kind. Registrants must make their own arrangements at their expense for personal, travel, medical or other insurance cover of any kind.
The conference host, conference sponsor, conference organizer or any venue service provider does not voluntarily undertake registrants or other participant protection and will endeavour never to be held liable for any loss, damage to property or injury to any person. Please make the appropriate insurance arrangements for your travel needs.
