Room Rates

The room rates, in Singapore Dollars, are based on per room per night.
All rates include ONE complimentary buffet breakfast at The Square @Furama.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and Goods & Services Tax, and non-commissionable.

• Complimentary use of the gym, swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.
• Complimentary parking for in-house guest.
• Complimentary daily local newspaper.
• All rooms are equipped with a telephone line with built-in data port, personal voice messaging system and International Direct Dial facilities.
• Instant internet broadband access is available at nominal charges.

Other Terms and Conditions provided by Hotel

• Check-in and Check-out Time
  Check-in is at 1400 hours on the day of arrival. Early check-in for early arrivals not guaranteed unless arrangements have been made to pre-block for one night earlier, chargeable at the Conference rates.
• Final Accommodation Review date
  Availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed after 12 May 2010 as unutilized rooms will be automatically released. Any addition rooms required after this date would be subject to prevailing room rates and availability on the date of request.
• Payment policies
  All accommodation room charges including room charge, breakfast and any incidental charges will be on the guest’s personal account. Guests will be required to provide their credit card details at time of reservation for room guarantee. All charges incurred in the duration of stay will be fully settled upon check out.
• Cancellation and No-show Policy
  All rooms will be guaranteed by the individual guests’ credit card. Should there be any cancellation or no-show after 12 May 2010, the total room revenue for the room cancelled or no-show will be levied to individual’s guest’s credit card. The Hotel reserves the right to charge for the full duration should there be any shortening of stay.
