How to Register for the Conference
Conference participants are able to register for the Conference in one of two ways:

If you wish to mail in your registration, please complete the registration form and either fax (6338 3188) or email (apear2010@gmail.com) it to us by February 28, 2010 to take advantage of our Early Bird special!
Payment is required to be made by cheque by 28 February 2010. Please mail your cheque to:

Conditions of Registration

Information is correct at time of printing, but is subject to charge without notice. However, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration Cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing.
Cancellations made on or before May 1, 2010 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee paid to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. However, delegates may transfer their registration to another participant.
Request for refunds are to be made in writing and sent to the Conference Organizer.
In making such a request, please provide your Booking ID and the Conference ID number.
Registration Transfer Policy
Registrations may be transferred to another person more than 7 days prior to the conference date. Transfers of registration must be made in writing. A processing fee of SGD30.00 will apply to cover administrative costs. Registration transfers cannot be made after this date.
Insurance
Registration does not include insurance coverage of any kind. Registrants must make their own arrangements at their expense for personal travel, medical or other insurance cover of any kind.
The conference host, conference sponsor, conference organizer or any venue service provider does not voluntarily undertake registrants or other participant protection and will endeavour never to be held liable for any loss, damage to property or injury to any person.
Neither the organizer nor the Board or the Conference Organiser shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the Registration Form.
