Yam Keng Mun
Acting President
Graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, Keng Mun’s experience spans from working with individuals ear-marked for leadership roles through the use of psychometric assessments and executive coaching. A strong promoter of employee well-being, Keng Mun helps organizations develop Employee Assistance Programs through brown bag meetings and in-house consultations. He frequently provides crisis emotional support, training and development of crisis or emergency support systems in organizations such as IT, banks, transportation, oil, petrochemical and hospitality businesses. Currently the Acting President of the Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable (APEAR), he is also a member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Foundation Australia (CISMFA) and Singapore Psychological Society. |

Rod is a Director and the General Manager of EAP Services Limited in New Zealand. He has been involved in the EAP field with EAP Services Limited since 1992 and is committed to providing industry in his country with leading edge service provision.
Prior to his involvement in the EAP industry, Rod held a number of senior Employee Relations and Human Resource roles in both the public and private sectors. He is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand.
Rod is also on the Board of Dyosoft International, a software development company based in New Zealand. |

Stanley Lau, the Chief Executive of EDS Management Consulting Limited. He has a wealth of experience in providing consultation and professional training to the corporate and individuals, notably in the area of employee assistance, human resource management, and family therapy. He is now serving as Associate Professor of Institute of Inter-University, Macau, and Clinical Supervisor and Dissertation Tutor of the Family Institute of The University of Hong Kong, and Chairman of Macau Psychotherapy Association. |

Harry is the CEO of Harry Parker & Associates providing behavioural risk management services based in Sydney, Australia.
Harry has over 35 years business experience in risk management, client relationships, marketing, business development, contract negotiation, board management, ethics and corporate governance.
He is a strong advocate for promoting the highest standards of professionalism within the EAP Industry particularly throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
Currently, Harry is the Adjunct Board Director of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association International (EAPA). He is the Immediate Past President of The Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable (APEAR) and Member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of Australia (EAPAA). He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). |

RUSS HAGEN, MA
Russ Hagen is the Chief Executive Officer of Chestnut Health Systems, Inc. and the wholly owned subsidiary Chestnut Global Partners, LLC. Mr. Hagen has 33 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field including employee assistance and workplace services, addiction treatment and prevention, mental health treatment and applied research. For twenty-six of those years he has been the CEO of Chestnut and Chestnut’s subsidiary corporations. He was an early pioneer in the EAP field in the U.S., understanding the natural link between the delivery of behavioral healthcare services and Employee Assistance Programs. Mr. Hagen has guided Chestnut’s steady growth in the provision of domestic EAP’s and has been an integral part of Chestnut’s expansion into the delivery of global workplace services. He has developed a keen understanding of the business and program challenges associated with expanding EAP’s internationally having extending Chestnut’s delivery of EAP services worldwide leading the development of a global network of providers and the creation of joint ventures in China, Brazil and Mexico. |

DR JAMES ALLEN MEMBER
Dr James Allen is an American board-certified internist with experience in community and occupational health. Graduate studies included toxicology (Cornell) and tropical medicine (NY Medical). He left primary care internal medicine practice in Ithaca, New York to join Unocal Indonesia Company in 1994, and subsequently served as Corporate Medical Director in Singapore before joining Chevron in 2005. He is responsible for supervising employee health programs for Asia Pacific. He serves as a global advisor on HIV/AIDS and cardiovascular health projects, promotes best practices for fitness for duty and occupational health standards, supervises medical staff, provides Health Impact Assessments, and is the regional contact for Employee Assistance programs. |

THOMAS SPIERS
Thomas Spiers is DuPont's Regional leader for Employee Assistance Programmes in APAC and EMEA. Thomas is a Psychotherapist trained in psychodynamic, humanistic and body -centred approaches to psychotherapy. He was formally Head of Counselling at London Underground and retains a keen interest in work with Post-Traumatic Stress and critical incident intervention. Thomas is currently developing ways of working that understand organisations as patterns of communication between people. |
